  Ian Bundick, from Michael and Son, was sent to repair our furnace. He was unable to make the repair, but was extremely helpful in describing what the problem was and what options we had. We appreciated the time he spent with us, explaining everything. He's very knowledgeable.

  Sean was pleasant and respectful but he will need additional training. He came to perform a furnace tuneup, while the furnace was working when he arrived it was not when he left. It became evident he could not resolve the problem as he had to reach out for assistance to no avail. I was offered emergency service at three times the price or diagnostic at nearly twice the price. I agreed to reschedule a diagnostic with a senior tech. It turned out that he failed to push the reset switch. The company has to prioritize training and quality over all else.

  Joshua did an amazing job with the installation of my water softener system. He did an initial assessment and then 2 days later the install was complete. He made sure that I completely understood how the new system worked and took great care to answer any questions I had. He also made several improvements with how the water pipes were routing. I highly recommend working with Joshua.

  Peter "Kwame" Armah is such a detail oriented plumber. He came out to do our annual Plumbing inspection and we appreciate how he takes his time and makes sure there are not issues or signs of ones to come. I feel confident in recommendations he makes if anything is ever needed. He is very respectful, very knowledgable and works extremely clean.
