He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also took the time to explain how GFI outlets work and why they’re so important for home safety. I really appreciated his patience and the helpful information he shared it made me feel much more confident about understanding my home’s electrical system. I highly recommend Thomas Parker and Michael & Son for anyone needing reliable and informative electrical service!

I recently had my sink and faucets replaced but I was having a drip in my kitchen faucet. I was charged over $800 for a 15 minute faucet replacement and it is the cheapest one. I pulled out spray faucet is what I had now I have the cheapest plain Jane because of the price I'm 83 years old on disability with a terminal illness or I could have changed that faucet out myself with a $40 or $50 faucet from Lowe's. Outrageous price and not recommended by me
