  Moon Jin is a keeper. He treated me with respect, he projected trust and he thoroughly checked the A/C unit to determine what the problem was and where it came from before doing the final diagnosis. Very please with his service.

  George did an outstanding job on my plumbing inspection. He even checked my water lines to my refrigerator, never had that done before. He solved my leaking shower issue that could nor be resolved before. I would definitely recommend George for any plumbing issue.

  I do not often write reviews but the experience I received today warrants one. The timely response from the company was very clutch, we noticed the water heater was not working this morning and by 1pm we have hot water again. Mr. Jose Suero (our tech) was extremely professional with deep knowledge in repairing our water heater and even offered suggestions for future preventative measures, preventative checks and maintenance and overall knowledge of our water heater that we literally know nothing about. We will use Michael & Son Services for all of our future needs moving forward. Thank you!

  Cristian was a great help today. Before the appointment, he called and gave a time estimate when he could be by and verified that that worked for us, and then showed up early when I said any time would work. He diagnosed our problem quickly yet thoroughly and then gave us a clear rundown of what to expect as far as time and cost estimates for the repair, and before leaving he gave us pointers on what to do in the meantime as well as general maintenance. Very professional and friendly, thank you so much Cristian!

  I'm very pleased with the scheduled maintenance/checkup of my generator by Technician James Rager. Mr. Rager called ahead to let me know he'd be arriving earlier than scheduled & to confirm it was okay. It was & he arrived early as indicated. My generator is over 8 years old. It has been monitored and serviced by Michael and Son since its installation and I continue to be pleased with the process. Mr. Rager explained aspects of my current generator in contrast to the newer models. At my request he sent additional information for review & consideration, indicating I was free to call Michael and Son if I had any questions. He was professional, polite and informative. The maintenance on the generator is covered under a prepaid service contract. No additional expense was required
