Absolutley discouraged with this office and personnel. I changed companies expecting better service and knowledge from State Farm. I think I made a mistake. I changed companies after over 49+ years with GEICO only 4 months ago and have had to respond to correct information after only 1-2 months. State Farm contacted me wanting a Drivers License number when I specifically stated only one driver was licensed in the house. Then Last week I recently received an invoice for only 1 of 2 autos and had to reach out to get the correct invoices and then given a response to send payment without an address to remit payment online.
Erin needs to learn correct sentence structure: "Since the policies are paid in full every 6 months, so they currently bill separately." I am insulted. She is dealing with the public and I expect a more professional response when your office wants to keep business, especially as a new client, and one that also added our home insurance included. You should be embarrassed!

Excellent service from the whole State Farm team. Both Michael Nickas and Jenna Orrell we're extremely prompt in helping me update my insurance info. I especially appreciate how understanding they were when I made a mistake trying to update my renter's insurance online. They fixed my error and got everything set straight in very little time.
