Tracy was really helpful going over our current policies and helping to transition us to State Farm. We were able to get more coverage and had a significant savings in our annual premiums by switching to State Farm. She walked me through exactly what paperwork I needed to send in and I was able to get everything completed the same day. While I was able to do everything over the phone and email, they have a physical neighborhood location, which I can appreciate.
