Crystal and I spoke over the phone about life insurance. (She called me to see if I was interested). We went over several plans. I made my decision and an appointment with her. When I got to the office, she made me coffee. (I love coffee)! We completed the paperwork in just a few minutes. Crystal welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend her!
