I spoke with Ashton McGovern today and it was such a positive experience. Ashton was so polite (something rare in companies these days), as he made sure I understood each of the accounts (Auto and Home Bundle) and what they offered; he took his time, was very, very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We recently moved and the process was complicated. We first had to sell our home, rent a townhome and then buy our new (forever) home. We switched from our old State Farm branch in Philly to the Newton branch and Brian Golden became our new representative with his agent Michael Daka. Brian was wonderful throughout the entire process. He seamlessly transitioned us to renters and then a new home insurance policy and worked with our mortgage lender and title company very well.
