After answering a few simple ?'s on the Instagram link, Kyle replied by text right away, and offered text or phone call to follow up. Competitors never replied. Saved me $70 a month and have more coverage, so closer to $100 a month considering I got better coverage. Kyle was great in person , working in a real office here in town. He is very polite, and well trained. Also he is a Lansing local and not a remote worker thousands of miles away. Good job. I had an issue with my cell phone and had a difficult time with a call to this place. It was not their fault at all, but they did their best to help with this challenge. At first I thought it was their phones, I was wrong. My apologies. As I have not started using this company yet, I will update this review according to future events. Beat out GEICO and USAA...Goodbye GEICO lol.
