I had an excellent experience with Michael Blakey at State Farm. I was in a bit of a time crunch getting all my insurance paperwork completed before leaving the country for a humanitarian mission, and Darien went above and beyond to make it happen.

Horrible experience . Was told by Michael Blakely that he would look into a failure to coverwater damage claim and he avoided my calls. The policy exclusion was sump pump coverage. I asked my agent if i was covered for the water damage and he initially told me just send the receipt s . Je never bothered to review my policy and never explained itvwas an option after I had back up sump pump failure thevyear before. I have asked for records of the conversation and state farm is stone walling me. I filed a claim with state insurance commission. Beware and stY away from this Reston State farm branch.

I recently switched to State Farm and I sustained a crack in my windshield on my latest trip out of state. I called to see what the process was for getting it replaced. Liam, our agent, walked me through the process and offered to call and find the best company with the best price. Within a half hour, I received a call and set up an appointment to replace the windshield with instruction for payment. I wish all tasks could be handled as easily as this. Thanks for your assistance Liam!
