  My husband and I booked a couples photo session and paid a $200 deposit which they promptly charged us. We received many, many calls and reminder emails to not be late for our session and to arrive 10 minutes early. We did such and found that the doors to the studio were locked. We tried knocking on the door and there was no answer. We tried calling multiple numbers that were listed to try to make contact, including the number that was posted on the door. No one answered the phone. At this point we had been waiting for nearly 15 minutes. Finally at about the 20 minute mark, we received a call from Michael Anthony himself, stating that there had been a clerical error and our time had been booked in eastern time, not central time. This is absolutely a lie because our email stated that our time is 10:00 am central and if it were truly in eastern time, as he said, we would’ve arrived at 9 AM. He also attempted to blame his secretary for making the “clerical error”. It is clear that the studio thrives on wedding portraits and uses couples photography as supplemental income, and they feel that they can treat customers however they wish. I would highly recommend seeking out another photographer and reading through the reviews thoroughly before making your decision.

  We recently participated in their family portrait offer and initially only wanted the one free print. However, we were convinced to purchase digital copies of our pictures. Soon after, we realized the price was not worth it and immediately reached out to cancel before the pictures were processed, as they had mentioned the images would only be ready the next day. Despite contacting them several times, nobody responded. When we finally got a hold of someone and explained our situation, they said they would check and call us back in 20 minutes. After the 30-40 minutes, they told us the pictures were “already sent for production” and would be ready within an hour. It really felt like they rushed the editing just so the purchase couldn’t be canceled. I’m very disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service. Instead of being accommodating and understanding, it seemed like they prioritized making the sale over providing a positive customer experience.

  Sherry & Alice were great, super friendly and took amazing maternity pictures for my wife and I. Very detail oriented and let the vibes flow. 10/10 recommend.

  My wife really enjoyed her maternity photoshoot. Me and our 2 year old son joined for some amazing family photos as well. We were absolutely amazed that we’ll have these photos to pass down to our kids. Alyce was our very skilled and patient photographer. She was flexible in our requests, has a kind personality, and captured incredible shots perfectly suited to our family. Sherry was excellent facilitating the whole process and made us feel like family. She may have made us customers for life. We’ll definitely be back.
