  Alex is one of the most honorable people I've ever met in the business. Over 40 years at the same location portraying the utmost integrity. Its great to know there are still people that really go the extra mile when you need it. His knowledge in jewelry and high end watches is overwhelming and obviously the reason he pays more. Great place to go when you want the most money for your items and great personal service. You're not just a number at this place you're considered a real person who will get the attention you deserve.

  This guy disrespected me with his offer for my gold. No wonder why there's no customers there. There was a big dog there that smelled bad, not a good way to welcome people
