  I recently purchase a used tractor from this dealer. They were great to work with especially because I am buying the tractor from a distance (I live in Nevada). They worked with my father(who lives locally) who went and looked at the tractor for me as well as myself. The owner is easy to contact and accessible. Shipping was seamless and the tractor I received is in good working condition for an affordable price. I felt like despite the tractor I was buying being on the less expensive end of the equipment sold here, my business was equally valued.

  Purchased a compact tractor from them. Matt (salesperson) was very courteous, David (delivery person) was also very pleasant and got here pretty much exactly when he said he was. Before it was delivered it was running odd so he had them put it through the shop and got it fixed. It was just as described and had everything it needed. Only thing is I had to call a few times over a couple weeks to figure out what was going on as it got mixed up in their workflow. But Would definitely buy from in the future.

  Called looking for a wheel for a finish mower was told to bring it in and they would match it up with something so I did..after driving 45min I arrive only to have someone come out and say they don't have anything like that..really?..then why tell me to bring it down if your not even going to look at it before sending me on my way..could have saved me an hour and a half travel time and not to mention the fuel i wasted. A simple no we don't have one over the phone would have sufficed instead of wasting my time and money on a joyride..my guess is the person I talked to on the phone wasn't the person I met in the lobby who obviously didn't want to be bothered by someone only looking for a wheel and not to buy a new piece of equipment..when it comes to customer relations you need to get your shit together..I won't be coming back ever again thats for sure..id give 0 stars if it was an option
