  Truly awful. I will not be doing business with them again. Their service is terrible and they are either very dishonest or just massively incompetent. I purchased an instrument for my daughter last year and purchased the service plan they kept pushing. It was for two years of service. When the clarinet needed some pads we brought it back to them and they claimed we had no service plan. All it needed was one pad replaced and they ended up changing multiple corks to pad the bill up to almost 100 bucks. They then had the nerve to try and sell me that service plan again. Now my daughter has to break in new corks which takes a while and is extremely frustrating. Buy from literally anywhere else.
