  The best, Customer Service has always been great for me. I have the - MB-3CD and a have purchased other things for it . I ordered a hose recently and wasn't going to work as I thought. I emailed Customer Service and they gave RMA# for return. Need more companies out there that take care of customers like they do. THE BEST

  I bought the 12V electric inflator/deflator pump as an option with my boat and only used it a handful of times to inflate a tube. It already stopped working properly and is now a useless paperweight. I reached out to customer service and was told I’d have to pay to ship it in, pay to get it back, and pay for any repairs if it can even be fixed. The only other solution they offered was to buy another one. Seriously? For a product that barely got used? Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expected more from this pump and from this company.

  I love this product. It is easy to carry anywhere. I have the vac and blow. If you need something inflated it works great. The service is excellent. I had both of my vacuums repaired. One vacuum was very old but the repairs were done quickly and professionally. Thank you Metro vac.
