The shuttle bus was clean and comfortable, and our driver, Wayne B., was fantastic. The driver was on time at our pick-up location as well as being on time upon departure from our function. The driver was very professional during the ride to and from our designated function in DC. His driving skills were impeccable considering the high traffic volume in the area. His driving skills were also noted once in the DC area due to narrow streets that he had to maneuver the bus through. The bus was very well maintained as the cleanliness was noted by all. The bus driver was punctual, polite and professional, keeping conversation minimal but maintaining a welcoming demeanor. The bus itself was impressively clean and well kept, with clear policies such as no eating on board to maintain its fresh condition. Accessibility was thoughtfully considered -- walkers were safely stored in the outside luggage compartment; the steps were lowered for easier boarding, and senior passengers were assisted with care. The ride into the city was comfortable and unhurried, with the driver skillfully navigating morning rush hour traffic. We arrived at the dock on schedule, allowing for a seamless transition to the boat cruise. The return trip was just as pleasant, with a safe, on-time arrival back at the original starting point.
