We hired Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding in May 2023. We had to reach out the day of to get the name and contact of our driver even though they said they would do that 48 hours in advance. Our wedding ran about 15 minutes later than expected due to some timeline challenges, instead of reaching out to see what was going on. The driver just abandoned 40-50 guests at our venue. Guests were forced to uber or squeeze onto a tiny hotel shuttle and walk to their location. It was extremely disappointing and the last thing you want to worry about at the end of your wedding.

Why do some bus quotes in Denver seem so much more expensive than others?

How far in advance should I reserve my bus?
Denver is an extremely active charter bus market. The sooner you reserve, the better. Buses are reserved on a first come, first served basis and can sell out fast during busy times.

Metropolitan Shuttle has an 24/7 emergency number in case of an issue with your trip. Our team is standing by to help you. Trust us to make your Denver experience the best it can be!
If I don’t need the bus for the entire day, will I still need to pay for it for the entire day?
Most charter services in Denver have four- or five-hour minimums on vehicle rentals. Therefore, if your event is from 9am to 5pm and you’re booking a vehicle for transportation both to and from, it could cost the same amount to keep the vehicle for the day as it would to have it leave and come back for the return trip. However, there are occasions when we can offer special one-way transfer rates to accommodate those types of circumstances. Talk to our Denver specialists today!
