  The person working was extremely rude and did not seem like he wanted to be there. Would not recommend! I tried this dry cleaner once and would not go back. Hands down the worst customer service ever!!

  Called for a price to launder a bedspread, was quoted 12.98,, the actual price was 39.68 (this was a simple item purchased at Sears - nothing fancy (should have just bought a new one, me bad). When I picked it up I paid for it with my debit card. Got home, checked my bank account and I had been charged TWICE for the service. Called Metropolitan and was told *I* had to resolve with my bank, not their problem (in the background I heard employees saying they wished their machine would quit doing this!). Advise watching these people carefully.......they won't be getting any more of my business. Unethical and no customer service.

  This establishment had an opportunity to win my business. I send all of my dress shirts out to be laundered and pressed so I was interested to try Metropolitan Cleaners with a $20 gift certificate I received. I gave them about 2 weeks worth of dress shirts. They came back cleaned and pressed, but at least one of the shirts had the area around the front buttons pressed so poorly that I'm must re-press it myself or take the shirt back to be re-pressed. In 10 years of sending my shirts out to different cleaners, I've never experienced a problem like this. As a matter of fact, other businesses have gone so far as to deliver my shirts to me. Sorry, Metropolitan. You failed to earn my business.
