  I lived at Metro for two years since they opened, it's a fabulous location close to everything downtown. The team here is top notch, and the apartments are very clean and new :)

  We worked with Blake in Branford on building our business, the Coder School and it was one of the best experiences we have had (compared to the built out of our other schools). The process was quick and the staff was very professional and accommodating. Blake answered our texts/calls right away. The staff on site is also very helpful anytime we need assistance. Thank you!

  Wonderful three years in Milford at an amazing location. Paris, Colleen and the administrative staff are fantastic. Great communication! The service team is always punctual and professional. I believe the best location in all the harbor. Quiet but so convenient. Great food, sites, and people. MetroView comes with my highest recommendation!!!!!

  My husband and I love Metro 121 so far! The modern, yet cozy finishes are great! We were attracted to the smaller community & how close it is to downtown! Our two miniature dachshunds love it too! We worked with Tatiana when touring and closing on our apartment. She was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable!

  We recently moved out of the Metro View property after having purchased our own property. Anyone considering making this building their home should not hesitate. Our first contact was with Carol Kuryla, the leasing agent who took the time to show us several apartments before we chose a top floor unit overlooking Milford Harbor and the marina. The view was just stunning! Carol was most professional and friendly to work with, returning (and taking) our calls, and showed no sign of impatience with us while we returned several times to see multiple units. The building was brand new so we had many to choose from. We enjoyed friendly neighbors, covered parking, and living in a quiet building with only two floors. Not to mention the location. Just perfect; within walking distance to many nice restaurants in downtown Milford and the train station (all within a 5 minute walk). We miss our modern apartment and the convenience of all that Milford has to offer, and if we were ever to rent again in Milford, would we absolutely call Carol right away. Metro Star and Carol Kuryla are class acts all the way. Bill & Maggie.
