  We highly recommend Metro Flooring Design. From the first moment we walked into their showroom, we knew we were in good hands. Scott brings 25 years of experience to the project, from design to completion. Milton is his eyes and ears on the job, checking in every day to see how the job is progressing, answering all of our questions in real time. Their tilers do beautiful work, but pay as much attention to the walls behind the tiles ensuring a complete waterproof infrastructure. You, too, will be in good hands for your next project.

  Great tiles and excellent service. Lots of tile choices, probably the most I’ve seen in Naples. Jeremy was extremely helpful and stayed in touch at all times. Delivery was fast and on time.

  We worked with Jeremy and had great service. He found the exact tile we wanted (we had gone to 6-7 other tile shops), followed-up with the delivery, delivery was on time, and made the purchase seamless and easy. I highly recommend Metro Flooring and ask for Jeremy!

  Never do business with this den of thieves. We ordered tile from them and they cut our order short. We found out after we had laid all 1000 square feet of it, and we were less then 4 feet short. We requested that they send us a few slabs more and they refused. After repeated attempts they finally gave us tile, except it was the wrong tile. We brought it in to discuss it with them and they said they had run out of the tile and would not be getting any more. Our customer wanted matching tiles (who wouldn't?) so we had to pay to have the tile chipped up and replaced with new tile. Despite being 100% at fault for our costs, they are refusing to refund the tile that they failed to provide. They should also have to pay the labor we had to pay to chip the tile up, but of course they are not going to. It's unbelievable that they are going to get away with this scam.
