  My agent Terry, who is totally awesome, was out of the office for the day. My call was automatically transferred to Theresa Swift. It was at the end of the day and I was at the auto body repair shop. I needed a loaner vehicle until the repairs were complete on my SUV. Theresa sprang into action to email me and the body shop a copy of my proof of insurance. If not for her, my long drive to the repair shop would be in vain and I would have missed out on the opportunity to get a loaner car for the week. Theresa patiently waited on the phone with me to make sure we received the information we needed. She was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant.
