The day after a hailstorm, someone knocked on my door offering repair services. I’d never dealt with hail damage or paintless dent repair before, and with a BRAND NEW car, I was very cautious. Zach, the owner, was incredibly patient and transparent. He spent a ton of time walking me through the process, explaining how the insurance claim would work, and answering every single question I had. Seriously, every single question. Patience of steel lol. He even helped clarify the insurance estimate and provided a rental car while mine was in the shop. When I got my car back, it looked exactly like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Not a single dent, scratch, or sign that it had been through a storm. I had zero complaints, and that honestly set my expectations way too high for future repairs. Since then, I’ve had to deal with other body shops (after getting hit by a careless driver), and none have come close to the level of service or quality I got from Metal Works. Zach, I mean this in the best way possible, you should ask someone to leave a 4-star review just so people don’t think all these 5 stars are fake. But once they work with you, they’ll understand. Every review is well deserved. I’ve already recommended Metal Works to friends and family, and I’ll keep doing so. My sister has just taken her truck there as well. This is the kind of service everyone hopes for but rarely finds.
