I had my gutters installed about a year ago, and while the installation team was prompt and efficient in getting the job done, the experience since then has been disappointing. From early on, I had a nagging feeling something wasn’t right with the install, but I only recently noticed a clear drainage issue where the water jumps out like a waterfall. Upon raising this with the installer, I was met with repeated deflection — they blamed it on pine needles clogging the system, despite the fact that leaf guards were part of the original install (which now they say shouldn't have installed since there is pine in the yard)
What’s frustrating is not just the issue itself, but the lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging the possibility of an installation defect or even offering to inspect it thoroughly, they were quick to point fingers at external factors. I genuinely believe the problem has been there since day one — I just didn’t realize it until signs became visible.
Good customer service doesn’t end once the job is done — it’s about standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that’s where this company falls short. If you’re looking for a team that takes responsibility and prioritizes long-term satisfaction, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
So, this gentleman who has provided a nice reply in the public has sent me a text and said that I should be ashamed of writing this review! Ashamed for not paying a cleaning fee when I have fixed the issue with a pack of gusher guards. $10 was what I had to spend to fix the issue correctly.
