- SNS and NSep 20, 20252.0Booked a move-in cleaning service for around 380$ The washrooms were brand new, so not much was needed there, but the problem areas like the staircase and high-traffic hall were left dirty. It doesn’t look like those were cleaned at all. My spouse was at home but busy coordinating shifting and other jobs, so couldn’t monitor closely. Seeing it the next day after relocating, I’m disappointed with the quality of mopping as I could see streak marks in the bedrooms as I entered, the entrance and spots like endings of window looked totally uncleaned. Edit :we are not responsible to micromanage your staff on the day of love in cleaning!!!!!! the more I explore my house, the more areas i noticed are not even dusted, I am attaching swiffers of the “move in “ clean. I’m still waiting on a refund as this was clearly not MOVE IN READY, I’m disappointed, trusted them to do a good job, I’m just ending up re cleaning everything using my personal products besides the hectic moving in, pathetic!! PLEASE DON’T GASLIGHT AND SHIFT THE BLAME ON US, if you had done a thorough walk through why do the cobwebs still exist? No mention of 12 hours was in our email thread, you just stopped responding the moment more pictures were sent, pretty convenient isn’t it?
- MMMatt M.Jun 19, 20255.0The management team is very easy to communicate with. I would recommend setting expectations with a team member so they can leave a note with the cleaner ahead of time. Barring that, speak with your cleaner. We had Cathy, and she did a great job. She was very receptive to any feedback and even redid certain areas if I felt they needed a little extra! We did the deep cleaning option, and asked her to focus on the bathroom and kitchen. They look great!
