Second visit they arrived late, there was miscommunication on entry - faults on both sides, however they left without cleaning or staying for the allotted time, nor did they return after they tended to another appointment (after messages were left on their answering machine). The full cleaning fee was charged with zero service or flexibility to return. Would not recommend.

- SBStephanie BouchardApr 6, 20191.0I contacted Merrymaids to do a full spring cleaning of our family home. They were to arrive at 10am and did not arrive until after 11am. I was at work the day of the cleaning, so I had to pull all furniture out from walls and take pictures off walls the evening before the cleaning. My husband was home the day of the cleaning and at 3:30pm they two workers stated they were leaving and were unable to finish the job. The job was to be completed all at once and this was discussed and confirmed before Merrymaids arrived. I contacted the company and they stated that I would have to wait a full week for them to complete the job. They also stated that they had finished the upstairs. When I arrived home there were still cobwebs on the upstairs walls and they had scratched our hardwood floors. I contacted the company and sent pictures. No one returned my call and the company took $750.00 off my visa for 5 hour of cleaning without any consultation. This company is unreliable and very unprofessional. Will never use this service again.

I was promised that they will come back to finish, but it is more than a month and they have not called or answered to my voice messages.
