- RTRahel TesfaledetAug 7, 20201.0I DO NOT recommend this service to anyone wether it's a home or business! They did a horrible on the surface cleaning of my home on a move in. It was NOT a deep clean as advertised. The house was already generally clean before they got there but they still failed miserably in wiping/dusting the entire kitchen. They left the kitchen dirty. They came back a second time to redo after I complained to the owner /manager Myrtle (sent her pictures of the dirt they left behind) and they STILL did not clean properly the second time around. The manager did not even respond to my complaint the second time around eventhough I sent her more pictures as proof. Overall waste of money and waste of time especially when a move in date is delayed because of it. Unprofessional, highly disappointing, and frustrating experience. I would never recommend.

They want to reschedule and also want my credit card to secure the appointment. I have used many cleaning service company and this is the WORST. avoid if you can.
