She arranged and followed up (electronically) to ensure scheduling. We knew exactly when the crew was coming and on their way. The crew showed up on time, and did an amazing job. The team went through each room, did everything that was requested on the list. They asked if anything else was needed before finishing. The team was so professional and respectful.
