- RCRodrigo CabralJul 25, 20241.0It’s been of the mistakes I have Ever done was to buy a home from Ashton Woods. Quality is extremely poor, they use the worse contractors and materials. Just this year they installed my shower glass 5 times and still not good. Carpet has concrete under and they haven’t fixed, I have Nails coming off under the carpet, my son step in one and my daughter put a hole in her knee where I sent the manager a picture of it. Ashton woods refuse to repair plenty things that was pointed out on my one year inspection. And I’m still arguing and fighting for the right thing. You pay $426k for whatever they luxury and I have Nails all over my carpet. Lack of grout where spiders came crawling on my bathroom shower wall lol. I STILL HAVE BLUE TAPE FROM THE BOUE TAPE INSPECTION. I can Keep going and point it out more things. It’s been a nightmare
