She truly cares about her work and it shows in how attentive and detailed she is. She responded to all my questions quickly and made sure I understood everything, which made the entire process much easier. Her dedication and genuine care for her clients are truly admirable. I highly recommend her, she’s really amazing! I just moved in and absolutely love this place , very clean , everyone is very friendly , anything I need they always help me out immediately! Truly recommend!!
- SLStephanie LopezJul 31, 20255.0I’ve lived here over a year now and I do love the ambiance because it’s always so quiet, clean and smells fresh in the hallways. The small gym we have is always clean too. The mail room is organized and kept daily. Work orders are addressed rather quickly, usually within the next business day and I’ve put in work orders for the dishwasher, sink or tub being clogged and lightbulbs that need replacement never had much of a wait. Yes - the fire alarms were an issue but that has been addressed and we haven’t had to deal with random alarms going off at 4am for months now. Helen the property manager is always so kind and helpful. I’m happy to call this place home hopefully for another year or so til we can find a forever home.

The management team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional—they go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and everything runs smoothly. The apartments themselves are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I love the natural light, spacious layout, and quiet atmosphere. Amenities like the gym, mailroom and common areas are always clean and in great condition, which makes day-to-day living so enjoyable. The location is also perfect—close to everything I need, with easy access to shopping, dining, and commuting options. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to call home!
