This is a real review of this complex. All the positive reviews you see here are asked for at the time of move-in, when management runs after you, pretends to care, and creates the impression of a “luxury community” that looks after its residents
Now the truth. Forget about management in this complex it simply doesn’t exist. If you ever face a serious problem, first you will barely find any contact information, and even if you do, no one will ever answer the phone. We have emailed them several times from different accounts not a single reply. They never answer the phone either. No one cares, even if you are dealing with an emergency😡🤦🏻♀️
Now about the complex itself and the apartments. We have lived here for 6 months, and this is what we get for $2700 a month:
Fire alarm system a complete nightmare. It goes off randomly, often at 6–7 AM, sometimes in the evening, and blares for 7–10 minutes. Waking up like this is extremely harmful to your health. On top of that, in a real emergency, no one would take the alarm seriously, because the system is absolutely unreliable.
Last night was the final straw. Starting from 9 PM and all the way into the night, the alarm in our apartment went off every 3–5 minutes. We called the emergency number twice, but the operators only filed a request and hung up. No one ever came. As a result, we did not sleep all night😡😡😡😡
Floor construction is so weak that the entire apartment shakes with every single step. Our bed literally moves across the room from the vibrations of washing machines and dryers both ours and the neighbors’. At night, after 11 PM, when neighbors run their laundry, it becomes impossible to sleep because of the vibrations
Inside the apartment:
• Interior doors do not close properly the materials are so cheap that they simply don’t hold.
• From time to time, cockroaches and other bugs make their way inside, despite the so-called “protective screens” on the windows, which clearly don’t work
Marketing of this complex is another story. On the website, it is presented as “luxury housing.” In reality, there is no gym, no game rooms, no co-working space, and the grounds are poorly maintained. Right near the main entrance there is an unfinished area with construction fencing. People walk their dogs there, and in the summer the smell of dog waste is unbearable
Luxury? Calling this place “luxury” is, at best, misleading. The apartments are built from cheap materials, extremely uncomfortable to live in, and terribly designed. Closets in the bathroom are useless, the kitchen layout is inconvenient, and overall the apartment is not designed with women’s needs in mind.
Bottom line: This is not luxury living it is stress, disappointment, and health problems.
