She also assisted me with my application including the financial process. Sometimes I had to contact her several times a day and she always responded timely. Gia really cares and I am so grateful that I got out of my last building and into Merida Metro! Thank you Gia!

There was a few instances when flies or even ladybugs entered during the summer but it resolved after maintenance came in to install window screens. Staff clean the bldg daily. When packages are delivered to the lobby, staff bring them to the package room for security.
