Jasper Burger at Meridia has been fantastic. From the moment I applied, the process was smooth, and impressively efficient. Jasper was responsive and helpful, making sure every step from application to approval was clearly communicated. Move-in was seamless. The unit was clean, ready, and exactly as promised. Jasper made sure everything was in place.
Moving into Meridia Lifestyles 2 has been a fantastic experience! From day one, the leasing process was smooth and well-organized. The staff were kind, responsive, and made everything easy — answering my questions promptly and making sure the apartment was clean and ready for move-in.
The location is incredibly convenient, with quick access to public transportation, grocery stores, and local restaurants, which makes day-to-day living super easy. The building itself is well-maintained, and common areas are always clean and secure.
One thing I really appreciate is how efficient the maintenance team is — any fixes or requests I’ve submitted were addressed very quickly and professionally, which adds a lot of peace of mind.
Overall, it’s been a comfortable and welcoming place to live. I’m really happy with my decision to move in and would definitely recommend Meridia Lifestyles 2 to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and well-managed apartment community.

I moved in here a few months ago and wanted to give myself that time to take it in to give an honest assessment. The two best things about this place is the covered parking and also that it’s a minute walk to the train station. As someone who commutes into the city a few times a week, that’s really convenient. Also having a washer/dryer in the unit comes in handy as well. The couple of maintenance issues that I’ve had were addressed very quickly which was a plus.
Now for the downside. If you live on the Wood Ave side of the building, prepare to miss out on sleep 7 days a week. Either the windows aren’t soundproof or the noise seeps in through the AC units, but you hear everything on Wood Ave, particularly the trucks and motorcycles that go by revving their engines. Oh and we’re one block away from the fire department so let’s just say that you’ll be counting the times the fire engines come blaring down Wood Ave. Yesterday, was the 4th of July…pretty sure the fire trucks came out 3 times overnight, not including the time they came here because the building fire alarm went off.
If you’re taking a unit in the back of the building, you might have better luck with the above issues, but if you grab one on the Wood Ave side…good luck!
Update to my above review--dated July 25th--after the below response from management.
I reached out with a potential solution of taking a unit in the back of the building that was going to be free soon. I was told that's not an option and that I can only do that, 30 days from the end of my lease and at the cost of $1000 to me OR I can break the lease early, which would come with a 2 month rent penalty and and be financially liable for not giving 60 day's notice, which is what they require. I was told that I could look into sleep headphones to help with the noise...🤷♂️
Again--just preparing anyone who wants to look at a unit that's right on Wood Ave.
Been living for about 4 months now, from the leasing process to now it's been all very smooth. The building is clean and well maintained, and it takes a minute to the train station from the entrance.
