  Visit the show room last Friday (01/31/25) and had a great conversation with Charles Finney regarding the window / door budget need during this my pre-con design phase of my house. Charles was super helpful and sent to me all information I asked for. Definitely will keep you guys in serious consideration after I complete the home design with my architect.

  I feel blessed knowing I selected Primo Windows to handle our window and exterior door package for our new build. Zac knows more about windows and doors than anyone I have worked with previously. I sent him my plans and he put together two different bids (one for aluminum and one for his recommended vinyl window). We ended up selecting aluminum but it was very nice to know we had the ability to go vinyl if our budget required it. I reviewed the window shop drawings and found a change I needed which Zac handled very quickly. This was not something he missed but something I simply needed to change from the original plans he reviewed. I had 4 companies bid on these same plans and each and every one of them made a mistake other than Zac and his team! The attention to detail and knowledge is far supperior to anyone else in the business. I know I learned something from Zac during my showroom visit and plan to use Primo Windows for all future projects!
