As Always great service! My tech Andre was great. He was very thorough when servicing my furnace answered all my questions, He also gave me a pamphlet with all the new things that Mercurios has started doing. — I always prepay ahead for my furnace to be serviced for the next year, and I learned that they now do two services a year for the same price, As well as a few other new things.
When speaking with Amber to change my service date she went above and beyond to give me a different day that works better for my schedule.
As a small business owner, I know how important reviews are. I would definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

I contracted with Mercurios to connect a generator to my natural gas meter. About a ~15 foot run. Their estimate was for $1607.45. Since the estimate didn't include permitting I asked what the additional cost would be to permit it and was told $300.00. Although cost of the permit was only $55.00 I didn't want the hassle of it, I agreed.
Since I never heard anything from the manager about the permit I went ahead and pulled one myself online.
While the plumber was at the house he told me the cost to permit would be several thousands of dollars. I called the manager who told me the quoted amount was still good ($300) and he would call the plumber to inform him the crazy amount was not for this type of installation.
Before I continue I want to say the plumber was great. Professional and did an outstanding job. I was glad I was able to meet him. I question the management and ethics of the company.
After the line was installed and the generator hooked up (gas on) I called the manager to ask him what to do about the permit. He told me to put it up for final inspection, so I did. The inspector came out to the house, said he wanted to see a leak check and left. Mercurio's should have known the inspector would require a leak check.
I called the manger and informed him a leak check needed to be done and the plumber made a 2nd trip out to the house to install a $15 pressure gage and cap the lines. I put it up for inspection for the leak check and it was bought off.
Once more the plumber came out, removed the caps and pressure gage and reconnected the system. I put it up for final inspection sending pictures to the inspector. Since the inspector we had been working with was out, a new inspector looked at the pictures and wanted the unpainted fittings painted which I did. I then put it up for final inspection and it was bought off.
Mercurio's charged me every time the plumber came to the house. The plumber's cost was not included in the $300 quoted permit cost.
In the end, since I was fed up with the company, I paid $2,374.39
for what was quoted to be 1607.45 + $300 for permit just to put an end to my relationship with Mercuio's. I pulled the permit, painted the fittings smoke grey (as well as my meter) and coordinated the inspections with the county. Not really sure what the $300 was for and the additional $466.94 included an extra trip to the house for the leak check half of which should have been on Mercurio's. When the plumber left the first time the system should have been under test. That would only have required the plumber to come back out to the house one time, not twice.
I ended up paying an extra $766.45 for a poorly managed installation. I consider it bait and switch. I'm quoted one price and get charged three times that amount. If I were to do it again, I'd do it all myself, start to finish.
If you choose this company ensure every single detail is included in the estimate so they can't come back and say you owe them more. I'm just thankful to be done with this installation.

Stay away from this company if you can avoid it. They’ll say anything you want to hear in order to make a sale but then leave you out to dry once they’ve finished an installation. We had a new furnace installed this year and have had to call twice now, at night, after realizing that it wasn’t operating after being serviced. The first time this happened I couldn’t get through on the phone. The 2nd time, they refused to send out an after-hours technician, saying that everyone had gone home already (10pm) and no one is available for overnight response. So they will rather leave you without a heat source overnight than take responsibility for their own work.
In response to the reply below:
The first issue we had was the night after our furnace installation when we realized we had no hot water. The water heater pilot light was out because the service technicians didn't re-light it after working on the gas line. For safety reasons, I called the service line to confirm that nothing else might be the matter before re-lighting the water heater pilot, but I couldn't get through on the phone.
This 2nd issue was discovered at 9:30pm after the furnace was serviced. The phone representative said "everyone has already gone home for the night." They scheduled a tech to be at our house the next morning at 8a. However, the next morning the tech never showed up because he'd gone to a different location for a different job.
A manager called us to apologize for the situation and offered us an extra year's warranty with free maintenance/service for the new furnace. While this is helpful, there's still the issue of Mercurio's not having overnight technicians available, even to fix a mistake that leaves you without heat. We were fortunate in this case that it was 40 degrees at night and not 10 or below. Customers may be put in the situation of voiding their new equipment warranty by having another company come to fix the issue, or being left without a heat source on a cold night.
We recently had our HVAC system maintenance performed by Zachary Hinson of Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning. We were unsatisfied with the last company that maintained our system and went to Mercurio's because of the good reviews we'd read online and we are very glad that we did! Zachary first texted to tell us when he'd be arriving. He was on time, friendly yet professional and respectful of our home. He explained things to us so we'd understand what he was doing and when the work was completed, he told us all that he had done and about the state of our system. He answered all of our questions and he even helped us reprogram our thermostat after I told him I was unsure of just how to do it. I would highly recommend Mercurio's and particularly Zachary. I will be sure to ask for him when I schedule our next HVAC maintenance! Thank you very much Zachary!

Signed up for monthly maintenance on our furnace 6-8 months ago. Had a young man come but Monday, September 22,2025. He says we need a new furnace. So husband And I schedule with several furnace companies to come by and give us a bids, including Mercurios. Mercurios send a rep out on Tuesday, September 23. $20,000 bid! Another furnace company comes by Wednesday, September 24th. That sales rep notices we don't have a filter in the furnace!
So, when the mercurios tech came out Monday, my husband saw him carrying out the old filter but never replaces it!!! And the mercurios sales rep obviously didn't check this either!!!
So we call mercurios to have a filter brought out on Wednesday and they cannot come until Monday, September 29 between 8am-12pm. It's currently 1:30pm and nobody has shown up yet. Husband calls and tech is supposedly stuck at a job.
1. Why do we have to wait 1 week to get a filter replaced which should have been done the day tech was here to maintain furnace and
2. We should have been the first scheduled customer of the day the next day!!!!
Needless to say, mercurios will not be receiving any more business from us and all the people we know will here about it!!!
