Easy to make an appointment. We were met at the service entrance and directed to Nate immediately. Service completed in the amount of time expected. Had a wonderful free lunch at the dealership. Bought a new Mercedes while we were there. Love this excellent customer service.

The Mercedes Benz dealership with Fields Automotive is first rate! Everyone is pleasant, courteous, and ready to make your visit with them trouble free and enjoyable.
Special kudos to Darrell Inman, our service advisor that handles everything from appointment thru the payment process. It’s all about the relationships at Field’s and their MB team couldn’t be better, whether it’s your first initial visit or further subsequent ones for regular service.
They are truly very impressive!

I dropped my E-450 for a scheduled warranty service only to learn two weeks later that no work had been done yet. I received zero calls from the service department until I called the Service Manager and asked how they train employees and whether not calling customers for two weeks is how they train. No response to that question but they did finally call me. This dealer has handled warranty work three times and each time the service has taken 3-4 weeks with terrible communication. Fields Mercedes Asheville is a terrible representative for Mercedes and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
This is the second car I have bought from this Dealership. Words can not describe how (professional) and personable these employees are. I had the privilege of working with (Song Yun). When you go to this Mercedes Dealership that's who you want helping you. Song goes above and beyond for his customers. Have an issue just call Song he will take care of it.
Most important for me Song's communication is A++++. I have used other dealerships in the past and they weren't even in the same ballpark as Mercedes Benz of Ashville NC. The team of Song and (Greg) who's in their Finance office helping us get approved was like watching Mickey Mantle and Bath Ruth play on the same field. Here is a BIG THANK YOU to Song, Greg and everyone at Ashville Mercedes for making our experience one to remember. Honesty, integrity and Customer Service shine bright through-out this dealership.
