  Dennis did such an amazing job handling my purchase yesterday. Literally inquired about the vehicle Friday around noon and was there at the dealership purchasing that evening. He made the transaction so smooth, never felt pressured at all. Prior to arriving, he had confirmed the vehicle was there by personally walking out to the lot and taking a photo. I told him I didn’t want to drive an hour out for the car to be gone when I got there. After confirming the vehicle was out there I got a surprised text a few hours later, Dennis had went back out and recorded a personalized video giving me a whole tour of the exterior and interior of the car without me asking! I thought was so nice! When I got there he had pulled the car into the outdoor showroom ready for my test drive. He explained the vehicle very detailed, showed me all the tech stuff that came with the car. As soon as we got back, we talked financing and everything and was on my way home with a new car in a couple hours. I would definitely recommend purchasing with Dennis if you’re on the market for a new car!

  I just bought an E-class sedan from this dealership. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in terms of buying a car. Dennis is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on all the complicated new tech stuff. He is very patient with my ten thousand questions and helped me complete my trade-in and purchase within a single day. They take care of everything regarding registration and paperwork. After the process is done, Dennis still responds to my questions quickly. Highly recommend this dealership, will buy another car with Dennis even if I am from out of state.

  I bought a new GLC 10 months ago from Annapolis Mercedes. Great price, lousy sales experience. Recently, the car displayed an engine system warning light and coolant system malfunction message. After a few minutes both the warning light and message went away. The Annapolis service department receptionist said there is nothing to worry about since the warning light is no longer displayed and would not schedule a service appointment. The actual service rep didn't even talk to me. Not satisfied, I called another dealership who suggested I bring in the car and set up an appointment. Annapolis Mercedes seemed uninterested in helping.

  Worked with Jeff S. As an out of state buyer, I was skeptical. However, Jeff and team provided great detail from A to Z. Five star service. The price was excellent and the vehicle arrived in mint condition. Definitely recommend working with this team. You won’t be disappointed.
