  Outstanding Architect-Fernando from Mercado Design Build Studio LLC!!!! I have had the pleasure of knowing Fernando for some time now, and I am continually impressed by his exceptional work ethic, dedication, and extensive knowledge in the field of architecture and design. Over the years, he has consistently exceeded expectations, and his expertise has made a significant difference in multiple projects. In the past, Fernando greatly assisted me with K-12 education facility development when I was managing operations for 19 facilities. His insights and professional guidance were instrumental in ensuring smooth project execution and successful outcomes. More recently, Fernando went above and beyond to help a friend of mine who was facing serious issues with the City of Phoenix regarding a permit for a structure he inherited when purchasing his home. Despite reaching out to 14 different architectural firms, my friend was met with reluctance and high costs, but Fernando stepped in with his signature professionalism and willingness to help. He expertly navigated the permitting process, coordinated with the city to redesign the structures that required permits, and facilitated the necessary approvals for construction. Thanks to Fernando’s dedication and expertise, my friend was able to retain his property, avoid hefty fines, and prevent the potential loss of his home—an outcome that would have been unlikely without Fernando’s support.
