  I contracted Mendiola Remodeling to renovate my master bathroom shower. Miguel’s workers were excellent, in particular Raul. A couple of lessons learnt, have a detailed design ready for Miguel to implement. Discuss in detail who buys every single material. Have that material ready and let Miguel and his team do their work in the specified timeline in order to have a quality result, just like I did. Just remember, Miguel manages the project remotely and communicates directly with his guys so to have the most success, specify your design and material early and make smaller changes down the line. All in all, very happy with the end result and the quality of my renovation.

  Mendiola Remodeling, led by Miguel, turned our dusty, forgotten attic into the media room of our dreams. What impressed us most was the comprehensive support from the very beginning. Converting an attic is complex, but Miguel provided all necessary documents to secure HOA approval and county permits, making the process stress-free for us. During construction, Miguel was constantly on-site, offering expert feedback and even accommodating a few of our late-stage requests.   I highly recommend Mendioka Remodeling. The estimate was done by the owner and he stayed right on target. The crew is very skilled. They were efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. Our Kitchen, family room and master bath look amazing!

  We had our primary bathroom remodeled last year by Miguel and they did a beautiful job! We wanted a wide entrance to the shower with no door. They did an excellent job! His crew was always on time , hard working , honest and they always cleaned up before they left. We just hired Miguel again to do our kitchen , they just started yesterday! Excited to see our new kitchen !

  We were very pleased with Mendiola Remodeling, the price was right. Miguel is a very honest, he had excrllect workers and it was completed very quickly and on to me. We would recommend him highly.
