  I met Larry when I bought a bungalow home, and he represented the seller. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I knew I wanted to use him as my agent when I sold the house. How many people can say that about the agent on the other side of the transaction? Since that time Larry and Janet have represented me as sellers agents and buyers agents. One of those transactions was rife with red flags, and their experience during that time was invaluable. Larry and Janet worked tirelessly for me - both in the sale of my home and the purchase of another - and were ultimately able to more effectively negotiate on my behalf than I ever could have done for myself. I was grateful for their incredible efforts, real estate expertise, and especially for the fact that I knew they were looking out for my best interests at every turn.
