  Annette was very wonderful at doing great her job in assisting me with increasing my personal property insurance of everything inside my home furnishings ,she does answers all questions and gets things done immediately.   If I can give this office a negative star I would. I've had this agent for over 10 years and the service of this office is ridiculous. Never once have I talked to or seen this agent and is always "unavailable" when needed. Unless you're paying her a good amount of money monthly/quarterly or however, don't expect to be treated and serviced like someone who is. The manager was an hour late to a phone call appointment to voice my concerns that I've been going back and forth with since the end of July. My last email I sent I copied Melissa herself on and her email was "address not found" Don't expect her to care either. I've had State Farm for 40 years and initiated the process to change agents.
