    When I signed up for my policy, I paid in full for the six months and had signed up for the drive safe program. The agent working for Melissa was Lisa anddid not fully explain my policy or sign me up correctly for the drive safe Shedownload the app on my phone for me since I was new to State Farm and told me my beacons were ordered. I had gone back two weeks later because I was getting emails to set up the beacons. She pretended to get on the computer and told me again they were ordered and this time I could pick them up at the office.And because she did not do it correctly, my beacons never came so I Was kicked off the safe drive discount program and had received a bill . When I went into the office to get it corrected, Lisa no longer worked there and the Agent Stacy was sitting where Lisa used to sit she informed me That the beacons are never sent to the office like Lisa had told me and that whatever Lisa had told me was inaccurate, but that she would sign me up for the State Farm Drive safe again Which she did, but I still had a bill for $20 because they were prorating it. I felt this to be completely unfair and gave them two months to resolve this issue. I had signed up On July 18, September 19, I was still dealing with this. I had talked to Melissa Long herself, who treated the matter as something that was beyond her office control that it was all corporate . but they were supposed to be on the computer talking with the underwriters to get mistake fixed like I said this went on for a whole another month because I had come in onAugust and it was a whole month of September that I was waiting on them to do something Finally, I called corporate got hold of the escalation department and in one day me as a customer got the bill resolved. which is something they could’ve done they just didn’t want to inform corporate. Their office had made this mistake and that one of their agents had not properly sold an insurance policy to the customer. My vehicle doesn’t even have the coverage it needs to have for liability and uninsured motorist. It is a $70,000 vehicle and if I get hit by somebody, I only get $25,000 to repair it. On the advice of corporate, I now have switched to a different State Farm agent who is now handling my policy and has assured me they will correct all these mistakes when we renew the six month period. Would not use Melissa Long again. I found her to be condescending along with Stacy. They really treat this matter as a petty issue and tell me I should just pay the $20. Thanks for sticking up for your customers.
