  I have really enjoyed working with Melanie! She does a great job staying up on all the changes, I already have so many rules and regulations I have to keep up in my own job. It's great to have someone that I can reach out to for my clients are purchasing, and the ones I've talked to only have good things to say about her service 😄

  Melanie advised it would be about one week for a PRE-APPROVAL and instead it was one month and I had to hunt her down. I emailed her with a couple of questions and it took her over a week to respond. I've worked in this industry and this is unacceptable. It does not take one month for a pre-approval. The UW team is terrible and VERY slow and she is not prompt at returning any emails or phone calls either.
