They have consistently made the process easier & having an agent that you can call, email etc., has been so beneficial. My agent… even makes house calls:)) Thank You,

  Chris and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Chris recommended a new plan for us based on our needs and took care of the setup for us. Very reassuring and easy for us.

  Jody took her time and helped us not only find the plans we needed, but also answered question we had. If she didn't have answer she knew who to talk to about it. It was well worth the trip. It saved us a lot of time and energy finding the right plans for us. Thank you, Jody.

  I am so thankful to have found you, Tanner, and your group. You all have made this so easy for my husband and I to navigate the changes each year in Medicare. This was the easiest visit we’ve ever had. Tanner is beyond helpful and you guys are all so incredibly knowledgeable in the field of Medicare and the different plans. We walked out relieved after 20 minutes. Yes, five star to you and anybody Who goes to you will be happy.

  I've been disappointed with this company/service for the 3 years I've been associated with them. They seem to be nothing more than a receiver of commissions from Anthem. BE ADVISED: If you're on an Anthem Medicare plan, you're probably qualified for a new Fitbit Inspire 3. I just ordered mine today. My sister told me after finding this out through her new Medicare advisor. I'm not able to attend the in person information meetings they have due to my disability and numerous spine surgeries. Not once has anyone offered to come to my house. I've been treated less than hospitable by a particular staffer twice during this time. They're not responsible for our dysfunctional healthcare system. But, at least in my case, they haven't done anything to help me navigate it. Fortunately, I have an extensive background in healthcare and insurance. My background has served me more than Medicare Planning of Dayton.
