  Won & staff are absolutely amazing! After many years of trying to get myself back down to a healthy weight, Medi is the only place that kept me accountable and also put me on healthy vitamins and supplements.

  I found the staff to be non responsive. I was given a prescription that requires insurance prior approval - my pharmacy immediately sent the form to be completed by medi weight loss. I have called them 4 times over the past 3 weeks to find out why there is such a delay - I keep getting excuses and promises to get it done. Still nothing. I will find another weight loss clinic that actually ensures patient satisfaction. Please note that Medi weight loss responded to this post but what they state is absolutely incorrect - I was never a no show for an appt - I called and cancelled my follow up because without being on a weight loss med, why would I pay another $100? Also I did try alternatives but the wagovy went unfilled for 6 months due to the shortage. Finally, the clinic was not getting the pre approval from my insurance - my pharmacy was - all they had to do was complete a form and return it to the pharmacy so the prescription could be submitted. Totally unprofessional response - just accept responsibility and make sure your other customers are handled properly.

  'Amateur hour'----do not waste your money at this 'clinic'. Unprofessional and no follow up with 'client'.
