I recently had an unfortunate experience with this facility that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I spoke with Chelsea regarding a potential meal plan, and I was impressed with the service and information provided. After considering the plan, I decided to move forward and contacted the office to confirm. The staff was accommodating in adjusting a few appointments to fit me in, for which I was grateful. I paid the deposit on the same day.
However, after the appointment was booked, I received multiple calls from different individuals asking if I was still interested in moving forward with the plan. This lack of coordination and communication between team members was confusing, especially given that my decision was already clear. Despite this, I chose to overlook it and proceeded.
When discussing the meal plan with my fitness coach, I was advised to seek further clarification, as the plan didn’t seem to align with my workout regimen. I called the office again, only to be told that the meal plan was standardized for everyone and that the Nurse Practitioner (NP) would call me back. Unfortunately, that follow-up never occurred.
After some consideration, I decided to cancel and reached out to Jim via email. Coincidentally, I received another call from a different representative asking if I was still moving forward. I informed them that I needed more time and requested the cancellation of my appointment.
When I emailed the office to request a refund for my deposit, I was told that I was ineligible for a refund because I had canceled the same day. However, this was not accurate. I had clearly expressed my decision to cancel before the scheduled appointment, and I was later informed that the NP had come in unnecessarily, which contradicted the prior information I had received about my appointment being moved to accommodate me.
Overall, I was left feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and confusion surrounding the process. While I appreciate the efforts made initially, the inconsistencies in follow-up and the handling of my cancellation have left me disappointed with my experience.
