With an upcoming extended business trip less than a week away I broke my glasses and my backup glasses were already in rough shape, Umberto stepped up! He got me in front of the Dr right away, upgraded my script and with the help of Chandra, they got me two pairs of glasses in hand in less than a week and at a very affordable price!
