- RRRSep 29, 20251.0Bought 2 shrubs in June. One died and so I went back for a replacement and they would not do an exchange. They charged me more for the replacement shrub when their warranty says they will replace. I never had this experience at a nursery before. I will not be purchasing anything else from them.

What I did know was that I needed help and oh boy did I receive it! I was greeted in the parking before stepping door inside the door. I was greeted again once inside. Earlier I’d spoken to a gentleman by the name of Greg over the phone and I’m sure I sound like a toddler talking to a professor. He took his time, answered my questions, and helped me pronounce “arborvitae” at least five times! He was just as calm and nice in-person. A few days later I got to chat over the phone with Leslie about my upcoming delivery and she was just as curtesy’s and assuring. The cherry on top was Mike. When he delivered my evergreens and we started chatting it was like talking to an old friend. I knew he had a few more deliveries but he took his time answering follow-up questions I had and making suggestions (at my behest) about what else I could plant in my yard. Delightful and knowledgeable folks all around! 10/10 Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
