  It's okay. Every time I come here I wonder why I didn't just drive 15 minutes further to Merrifield Garden Center: poor selection, almost everything is more expensive here, many of the staff I've interacted with were at best odd and unhelpful and at worst rude. One incident in particular stands out from a year or two ago when a woman, clearly in a supervisor role, scolded a young gentleman in front of us who was actively helping us. It left a bad taste in my mouth. The plant quality on average is subpar too.

  I really don't know a thing about gardening and felt overwhelmed and intimidated by the flower bed outside the front of our new house. We went here because I was hoping for advice. We were so happy to meet Mindy who spent so much time with us, understood our situation, talked things through with us, and gave us clear guidance. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! I've been raving to my friends about our experience. Highly recommend this place for the personal touch.

  No organic veggie starter plants. The selection wasn't impressive, generic run of the mill stuff. The staff wasn't knowledgeable when I asked questions. I've visited this center several times over a few decades (hoping) it would win me over. Most of the time, I left empty-handed. This is just my experience with what I'm looking for. Others seem to be having a good time.
