  This team goes above and beyond for me every time I need them. Jen is great and took the time to explain what I was doing incorrectly with my business accounting before it was a problem.

  DO NOT use this company. I filed my taxes in April with Jen Vigil; she said she would file my 2023, 2024 and 1098-T. I gave her all the forms for her to copy. About two days later, she asked for the same W2's and 1098-T, again. I told her I had given her copies already, but she stated she, "Never received them." Going forward, I had to change my account numbers. I personally went to the office in Arvada to hand them a voided copy of my new account info/check. The lady at the front desk updated everything and said I should receive my refund in a couple weeks, cool. I ended up receiving ONLY my federal refund. I called MULTIPLE times asking why my state didn't come in. I wanted to speak with Jen, but Jen was either "too busy" or not in the office. They had given me the run-around countless times and stated the reason I didn't receive my state is because they "didn't have the correct account info."; Even though I physically went into the office to give them a voided check with my new account numbers. I asked Jen if she could file my taxes so that I could receive the TABOR refund, she never filed and I still hadn't received that, along with never receiving my 2023 refund; only the 2024 refund. I paid this company over $400 to file my taxes, which is absurd considering the incompetence of these people. They are crooks and will "mess up" deliberately so that can put the money in their own pockets. They are a pyramid scheme, and don't care about helping people. Jen may put on a friendly act, but she is disgrace to the conscientiousness of other hard-working people. This company makes money off of recruitment. They recruit so that your W2 sales are made to THEIR OWN "EMPLOYEES" within the company. If you look at other reviews (wish I did before using them), they got sued. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people suck.

  The front desk person/s and the back-office person/s are a great support system for this company. They are always willing to help and get you information and set up your appointments and make sure your files are up to date, and ready to meet with one of the Great Accountants they have like John. I have used this company for years and found their services very reliable. Mr. Scott Williams Business Owner
