  Dustin does all of our summer season prep work (power raking, aerating, removing thatch, general lawn clean up), as well as our weekly lawn care. His team does an excellent job! Edges are so sharp and they leave the yard flawlessly clean. Would recommend Dustin and his Team to anyone! Dustin is also very quick to reply whenever you have questions or need to connect! Great business that does things the way that makes customers feel heard and appreciated.

  PLEASE READ... I live in Utah county and we almost had a tragic accident involving a ride on lawnmower and my 4 year old granddaughter. The young man riding this lawnmower worked for a company called MD Property Services (based out of American Fork, Utah) I didn't know there were two companies with very, VERY similar names. I called what I thought was MD Property Services telling them that one of their men could of caused a tragic accident because of reckless driving of a ride on lawn mower on a sidewalk. This is where I found out I made a HUGE MISTAKE as have many people leaving Google and other reviews. The company I called was MD Property Maintenance & Landscaping in South Jordan which does not service Utah County. I should of been calling MD Property Services, Inc in American Fork , Utah. PLEASE when making a Google or other reviews be sure you have the correct company. I feel very sorry that DUSTIN SISAM's company MD Property Maintenance & Landscaping in South Jordan has been innocently targeted by bad Google and other reviews because people such as myself have made that same mistake as me.

  We contracted with them for lawn mowing and then last summer, we decided to Xeriscape our yard. We love what Dustin designed for us and we continue to contact them for all our lawn needs. If it isn't something they do, he has contacts to help you find the right person for the job. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful space!
