  I called this company on 1/6/2021 and left a message with the receptionist. She advised someone would give me a call back. I was contacted the following day 1/7/2021 by Ed McSweeney. I initially asked him if they were accepting new clients. He stated that they don’t normally accept clients that aren’t referrals. But he told me to proceed with my questions. I advised him of my tax situation which does have several variables associated with it. After hearing what my situation was he stated that I could come in and we could discuss further. I then inquired what their fees were and at that point he told me that I should go somewhere else. First of all, any business that has information for public view should either state in a website that they only take clients upon referral or after he stated that fact in the beginning of the call he should have ended it there. Secondly any time you are offering a service it is customary for someone to inquire about the rates. Now I understand that any quote he would have provided would have been a starting amount and it may have increased from there. I would caution doing business with anyone that is this unprofessional and rude to a potential client.
